    1.Target groups

    (1)On campus: Groups from the departments of the university, and alumni/retired faculty and staff

    (2)Off campus: Guests visiting the university

     

    2.Service time

    The tour guide services are provided on the hour from 9:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. on Monday to Friday. For more information on the open house schedule of the building, please visit our website.

     

    3.Method of application

    (1)Application: Group tours of at least 5 visitors. The group tour service lasts about 30mins to 1 hour.

    (2)To facilitate the arrangement of docents, the Booking for group tour service must be made on our website at least three days before the visit. The cancel or the change for the visiting time must be made one day before the visit. The reservation made within 3 days before the visit is not accepted.

    (3)The reservation of the guests visiting the university should be made by the departments or sectors of the university.

     

    4.Points to note

    (1)When touring the building, please value the historic building and the relics, and do not destroy the facilities. Please keep noises down and keep the environment clean.

    (2)Smoking, drinking and eating are not allowed inside the building.

(Maximum 30 people)

1. Booking for guided tour service must be made at least three days prior to the tour. If the applicant cannot come for the visit for some reason, notification should be given one working day prior to the visit to cancel the booking.
2. After filling in the online form, the undertaker will take the initiative to contact the applicant after reviewing it (about 2-3 working days).
