1. Refund targets
Alumni, suspended and withdrawn students, retired faculty and staff, and audit and Inter-school electives who do not intend to borrow books can apply for a refund of the borrower’s card deposit.
When applying for the refund of the borrower’s card deposit, please complete an online application for refund form and bring along the borrower’s card, the borrower’s card deposit receipt, and ID card to the Circulation Counter of the Library.
You can entrust other personnel to apply for the refund. The appointee is required to bring along the original copy of the ID card of the applicant, authorization letter, and the appointee’s original copy of his/her ID card.
